Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we measure muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we provide an advice sheet on weight and body composition management methods for maintaining and improving health.
(2) "Challenge for Athletes! Physical Fitness Measurement"
We will conduct a vertical jump test. Let's understand your physical fitness by comparing your results with those of athletes!
