Starting from November 2021, we will newly implement the "Adult Soccer Class (Beginner Class & Advanced Class)".
The venue will be "Marui Kichijoji Store Rooftop Futsal Court (Captain Tsubasa Stadium Kichijoji)".

[Beginner Class]
This class is designed for beginners and women, allowing them to participate with confidence.
Want to move your body happily! Want to play soccer happily! This class is recommended for those who want to learn the basic skills of soccer slowly.
This is for those who have no experience in soccer or have learned it but want to enjoy playing soccer.

【Advanced Class】
This class is recommended for those with soccer experience who want to further improve their skills and learn more about tactics.
This is for those who have competitive experience and regularly play soccer and are accustomed to movement.
Experience the joy of soccer with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

□Target Audience & Capacity
For both classes, the feelings of enjoying soccer together and respecting each other while striving for fair play are the same. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

<Beginner Class>
For male and female soccer beginners aged 18 and over / Capacity 16 people

<Advanced Class>
For male and female football players aged 18 and over (those with a competitive mindset) / Capacity: 16 people

* In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
*Please refrain from applying to both the Beginner Class and the Advanced Class.

Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection and natural disasters, there is a possibility that events may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, there will be no rescheduled dates.

□Reception Hours
19:40～19:55
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
* For those who arrive early, please wait outside the court instead of inside the court, and cooperate so as not to disturb the soccer school. Please come to the rooftop during the reception hours.

□Course Introduction
Each will proceed according to the flow below.

Beginner Class
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the fundamentals = stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small numbers, such as 5 vs 5)
* The beginner class is aimed at beginners and women, focusing mainly on basic practice. It is also safe for those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before to participate.

<Advanced Class>
・Warming up (We will prepare our bodies and minds while communicating with each other, leading into Training 1)
・Training 1 (Basics = Stopping, Kicking, Carrying ~ Application = Performing basics in situations with opponents and teammates)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1, we will conduct practical activities that are closer to a game scenario)
・Games (such as 5vs5)

□ Coaching Staff (Licenses Held)
We operate with a basic team of two members.

・Ryu Uchiyama (JFA Official Class C Soccer, expected to obtain JFA Official Class B)
* Usually responsible for the soccer schools (FC Tokyo Chofu Tobitakyu School (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)・Kichijoji School (Tuesday)・Fukagawa School (Friday).

・Hiroki Sakurazawa (JFA Official Class C Soccer, expected to obtain JFA Official Class B Soccer)
Note: Usually in charge of the soccer schools (FC Tokyo Fuchu School (Sunday, Thursday), Kichijoji School (Tuesday), Kokubunji School (Wednesday), Kodaira Tenjin School (Friday).

・Other FC Tokyo Promotion Department Coaches
(Please note that the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule.)

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session for each class (including insurance, tax included)

<Regarding Payment of Participation Fee>
・The participation fee must be paid on the day of the event at the venue (to FC Tokyo staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are accepted.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5:00 PM on the previous day (Monday).
*Please note that if you cancel after 5:00 PM on the previous day, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused participation in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be collected at your next participation.

* After the deadline, responses may vary depending on the situation.
*After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received the confirmation email, you will not receive the acceptance or rejection email, so please ensure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp".

<Application Deadline>
・For the event on Nov 16 (Tue), the deadline is Nov 7 (Sun) 23:59
・For the event on Nov 30 (Tue), the deadline is Nov 21 (Sun) 23:59
※After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please confirm by phone (03-5600-4441).
※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be sent via email by the Tuesday following the deadline.
※If you do not receive an email by the day after the deadline, please contact the inquiry number below.

<About the Waiting List>
For those who were not selected in the lottery but wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if cancellations occur, and we will contact the winners by phone.

□ About Facility Use
・We will check your health condition, including measuring your temperature at the reception.
・All visitors are required to wear masks at the reception. Wearing masks during play is optional.
・Please disinfect your hands at the reception.
* Entry will be denied if any of the following apply.
・In case of fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., cough, sore throat, taste symptoms, etc.)
・If there are suspected infected individuals among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances

□Others
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. In that case, please be sure to contact us.
・Regarding shoes, please wear athletic shoes or training shoes. Spikes are strictly prohibited.
・During check-in, we will disinfect the soles of your shoes, so please cooperate.
・The changing rooms are located on the 5th floor of Marui Kichijoji. When using the lockers, please maintain distance to avoid close contact with others and refrain from conversations between users.
・Balls will be provided here, so there is no need to bring your own.
