To all 2022 SOCIO Club Support Members

This is an announcement regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards, membership cards, and other items for those who applied for the 2022 season annual tickets and club support membership.

□About the Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. If you have applied for the club support member at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches on February 23 (Wednesday) against Júbilo Iwata and on February 26 (Saturday) against Nagoya Grampus will be restricted matches. For those who have chosen the 'refund method', these will be matches where entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed, and you will need to purchase tickets yourself, so please be aware.
Those who have selected the 'Advance Seating Method' can enter with a SOCIO card.

▷Applications open until payment is received by Dec 24 (Fri), 2021
⇒ Annual tickets will be shipped sequentially from Feb 10 (Thu)
* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.

▷For those who make payments on or after Saturday, December 25, 2021
⇒Tickets will be handed out at the home game venues from the February 23 (Wed, holiday) Júbilo Iwata match onward. Please note that due to infection prevention measures, it may take a considerable amount of time to receive your tickets.
We will provide separate information to the relevant parties regarding the date, time, and location of receipt as soon as it is decided.

□ About Deliveries to Club Support Members
The shipment is scheduled for the following dates, so thank you for your cooperation.
*Even for those at the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
Additionally, the serial key for the 2022 benefit ticket can be confirmed from the member-only My Page.
If you are using the 2022 benefit ticket before delivery, please check it from the member-only My Page.

⇒Scheduled to ship on Feb 17 (Thu)
