About the Entrance Waiting Line Organization
FC Tokyo will operate matches at 100% capacity from April onwards, following the end of the priority measures to prevent the spread of infection.
We will organize the waiting line for entry due to the installation of some free seating areas.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we will operate and implement it in the following manner.
The waiting line for entry is to organize the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gates open and in time for kickoff, there will be seats available for you, so it is not necessary to line up.
Please determine your arrival time according to your own viewing method.
In addition, regarding the operation of the entry waiting line, we are continuously considering methods of operation to reduce the burden on the fans and supporters who come to the venue.
There may be changes during the season, and we will provide information on our official website at that time.

□ Operation of the Entrance Waiting Line
□For General Admission (SOCIO and General Visitors)
①Organizing the Queue Outside the Venue (From 22:00 Two Days Before the Match)
Please reserve your spot in order using plastic bottles (see "Plastic Bottles" below) at the designated area (see "Plastic Bottle Placement Area" below).
The installation locations differ for SOCIO and general admission at the entrance gates (North Gate 2, Back Gate 2).
② Movement inside the venue (designated time on match day)
The club will move the PET bottles to the waiting line area inside the venue (see "Waiting Line Area" below). There is no need for the representative or anyone else to come to the stadium at this time.
Day games (matches with kick-off before 16:00) are scheduled to move the plastic bottles around 9:00, and night games (matches with kick-off after 16:00) are scheduled to move them around 13:00.
If you join the waiting line after this time, please line up at the end of the waiting area queue.
③Pre-Entry Preparation (30 Minutes Before Gate Opening)
All individuals who reserved spots must return to the waiting line area 30 minutes before the gate opens. Those not present at the gathering time will have their spot reservation invalidated.
After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until entry.
□ For Reserved Seat Holders (SOCIO and General)
① Organizing the Waiting Line Inside the Venue (After the Designated Time on Match Day)
Please line up in the waiting area at the main gate on the day of the match. After securing your spot, you may leave the waiting line.
Generally, day games (matches with a kickoff before 16:00) can be lined up from 9:00, and night games (matches with a kickoff after 16:00) can be lined up from 13:00. Depending on ticket sales and weather conditions, the waiting time may be shortened. We will inform you each time on the official website and other platforms.
* You cannot reserve a spot from two days prior.
※Those with reserved seat tickets can enter through the main gate regardless of seat type.
②Preparation Before Admission (30 Minutes Before Gate Opens)
All individuals who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting line area 30 minutes before the gate opens. Those not present at the time of assembly will be considered invalid.
After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until entry.
The main gate will open 5 minutes after the SOCIO gate opens.
□For Visitors in the Unreserved Seating
①Organizing the Waiting Line Outside the Venue (From 10:00 AM the Day Before the Match)
Please reserve your spot in order using plastic bottles (see "Plastic Bottles" below) at the designated area (see "Plastic Bottle Placement Area" below).
② Movement inside the venue (designated time on match day)

・ Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET bottle. (See the sample photo below)
・ Only one plastic bottle per person is allowed. If it is confirmed that one person has placed more than two plastic bottles, all reservations made with the plastic bottles will be invalidated.
・ For one plastic bottle, the number of people who can enter together is limited to 5 (including the person who is registered).
・ Please be aware that the club cannot be held responsible for the loss of plastic bottles and similar items.
【Waiting Area】
The waiting area for Gate 2 and the visitor free seating waiting area vary by match. Please check the game information for the relevant match (on the official website) for the location.
[Notes]
On the day before the match (home free seating, back free seating) and the day before that (visitor free seating), please follow the instructions of the security personnel when starting to set up plastic bottles.
・Including match days, unauthorized street parking or parking in nearby store parking lots at Ajinomoto Stadium is strictly prohibited as it causes inconvenience.
・The waiting area may change. Please check the official website and other announcements before your visit.
