This is information regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards, membership certificates, etc., for those who applied for the 2023 season annual tickets and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.

□About the Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please note the following.

▷For those who have made payment by Dec 22, 2022 (Thu) and for pair seat holders
⇒ Annual tickets will be shipped sequentially from Feb 9 (Thu)

* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.

▷For those who make payments on or after Friday, December 23, 2022
⇒The items will be handed over at the home game venues from the match against Urawa Reds on Saturday, February 18.

Please note that it may take some time to receive your order, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
We will provide separate information to the relevant parties regarding the date, time, and location of receipt as soon as it is decided.

<For those applying for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP simultaneously>
▼For those applying for Big Frames Premium simultaneously
⇒The complete set of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership cards will be delivered separately in a "special BOX".

▼For those applying simultaneously for Big Frames Regular U-18
⇒ The membership card set is sent together with the annual ticket.
If you do not apply at the same time, they will be sent separately.

<About the "20th Anniversary SOCIO Uniform">
Those who make payment by Friday, January 13 will receive a separate shipment.
For those who make payments after January 14 (Saturday), we will provide the entire set of annual tickets at the match venue.
