FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School will open a new Minamiosawa School starting in April 2023.
This venue is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Minamiosawa Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line!

【First Recruitment】
Until February 23, 2023 (Thursday, holiday) 23:59* The first recruitment is not on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are many applications, a lottery will be held.

[Second Recruitment]

Mar 1 (Wed), 2023 10:00 – Mar 19 (Sun), 23:59
* Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the capacity is reached, we will start accepting waitlist registrations.
*If the capacity is reached during the first recruitment, the second recruitment will only accept waiting list applications. Please understand this in advance.

□How to Apply
Please apply using the specified method for each.

Important Notes

Multiple applications for the same class will render the application itself invalid.
Please note that applications made through methods other than the above input form (such as FAX or phone) cannot be accepted.
・If you wish to enroll in multiple courses (days), you need to apply for each course separately. The enrollment fee is required upon joining any of the schools, and the monthly fee applies to each course you enroll in.
If you wish to join with your siblings, each person must apply individually.

【General Experience Application】
Classes other than Minamiosawa Selected Class (excluding newly opened schools, courses, and classes opening in the new academic year) are continuously accepting new members. Please apply for a free trial from here.

*Classes that have already reached capacity will be placed on a waiting list, so please be aware of this in advance.

□Regarding Lottery Result Notification and Membership Procedures

[First Round Application]
After the deadline, by Tuesday, February 28, we will notify all applicants of the lottery results via email by the deadline, regardless of whether they were successful or not.

<Winners>

After the lottery result email is sent, we will send the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedures by the deadline according to the documents.

Those Who Were Not Selected
After the lottery result email is sent, you will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you when your turn comes, so please wait until then.

[Second Recruitment]
We will inform you of the application status via email within 3 days after your application.

If there is availability
You can join from April, so we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedures by the deadline according to the documents.

If there are no vacancies and you are on the waiting list
We will contact you again once it is your turn, so please wait until then.
