Announcement of PR cooperation for Tokyo's "Easy Practice! Health Promotion Support Guide"
FC Tokyo, in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Health and Medical Bureau, will promote the "Easy to Practice! Health Promotion Support Guide" which introduces health-building activities that can be undertaken in the new daily life following the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Saturday, October 28, 2023, during the 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 31 match vs Sanfrecce Hiroshima (kickoff at 15:00 / Ajinomoto Stadium), promotional awareness goods will be distributed. Additionally, interviews with players and staff will be featured on the "FC Tokyo Special Page" within the "Casual Practice! Health Support Guide" web page. We hope this will serve as a helpful opportunity for the health promotion of Tokyo residents.

1. Distribution of Awareness Goods at the Match Against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Saturday, October 28
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and FC Tokyo collaborated to distribute awareness goods (flyers, sticky notes, clear files) of the "Easy Practice! Health Promotion Support Guide" at the stadium concourse.

2. Awareness Message Video Screening
