【Merchandise Exchange Method】
Please hand the voucher (sub-ticket) issued simultaneously with the ticket to the staff at the merchandise exchange counter. We will provide you with the Seven-Eleven seat benefit (acrylic hook stand).
Schedule for the Day
(1) Please enter through the entrance gate
(2) After entering, please hand your exchange ticket (secondary ticket) to the staff at the merchandise exchange booth. You will receive the Seven-Eleven seat benefit (acrylic hook stand).
(3) Watching the match from the Seven-Eleven seats
Goods exchange will be available until 10 minutes after the match ends, but due to expected congestion, we recommend exchanging before the match starts.
* Merchandise exchange is limited to the day of the match you attended. Please note that exchanges cannot be made on a later date.
