Enjoy Futsal Tournament Rules

Please make sure that all team members check and understand before applying.
① Negative comments are prohibited! Just enjoy it!
② Women score 2 points per goal
③ After a goal is scored, start from the center circle
④ Starts from the goalkeeper with a throw
⑤ When performing a kick-in, always place the ball by hand
⑥ Player substitutions are free, but change on your own court side at an appropriate timing
* To ensure there are never 6 players on the court at the same time, substitute players may enter only after the player has left the line.
 No 4-second rule. However, if a player is clearly holding the ball too long, the game will restart with the opponent's ball.
 No 5-foul rule, so there is no second penalty kick.
If the ball hits the net above, the kick-in restarts with the opponent's ball from the nearest touchline.
Back-pass rule: The goalkeeper cannot handle an intentional pass made by a teammate using their feet with their hands. However, it is allowed to kick the ball with their feet to pass.
 Sliding and other dangerous actions that may injure opponents are prohibited.
 If such actions are observed
1. Yellow card to the team
* Two yellow cards result in a red card, and one player is sent off
2. Restart with opponent's ball from the touchline
3. Attacking side: No goal
4. Defense: If inside the penalty area, the opponent is awarded 1 point
⑫ If not assembled on the court by the match start time, it is a 3-0 forfeit loss
*A match is valid with at least 3 players
*In the case of a forfeit loss, the match can still be played
*Since there is a 2-minute interval between matches, please gather near the court entrance at least 5 minutes before the match starts.

Special rules for the Relaxed Edition will be established

① Height limit for shots (about 60cm)
* Clearly overpowered shots with a backswing are prohibited
② Using the body or hands to defend or take the ball is prohibited
*If there is contact, please call out to each other.
③ No Full-Speed Dashing!
④ If a lobbed ball hits the opponent's face, restart with the opponent's ball from that spot
* Please be considerate when there are people in front of you
⑤“TOKYO DOROMPA Card”
It is presented when there is fair play or actions that enliven the tournament during the match.

About Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after Saturday, February 14 will incur a cancellation fee.
① Until Feb 13 (Fri): Free
② Feb 14 (Sat) – Feb 19 (Thu): 50% Tournament Participation Fee
③ Feb 20 (Fri) – On the Day: 100% Tournament Participation Fee
*Please note that we cannot accept requests outside business hours (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

About the Waiting List

We will notify you by email or phone when it is your turn.
Please note that if we are unable to contact you on the same day, the advancement will be invalid.
* If you become unable to attend, please cooperate by canceling your waitlist reservation.
*Please note that once your reservation is complete, the cancellation policy will apply.

Regarding Tournament Cancellation

・If there are fewer than 4 teams, a cancellation notice will be given by 22:00 on the 19th (Thursday).
・In case of severe weather or if it is determined that the event cannot be held at the facility※As a rule, the event will be held in rain
We will notify you by 2 hours before the tournament starts on the day.

This is not a competition to determine winners or losers. Please participate with respect for your teammates and opponents.
* Please participate only if you understand and agree to the purpose and special rules of this tournament.
・Spikes are not allowed. Please participate wearing training shoes or futsal shoes.
*Rental shoes are 500 yen per pair. Quantity and sizes are limited.
・Bringing in balls and using them outside the court is prohibited. *They will be provided by the facility.
・For safety, we recommend wearing shin guards.
・Please remove accessories while playing. (Glasses and smartwatches are also not allowed)
*Only sports glasses are allowed to be worn.
・We do not take any responsibility for accidents, loss of valuables, or malfunctions that occur at our facility, so please understand.
・Drinking and bringing alcohol is prohibited.
・There is no smoking area on the rooftop.
Photos and videos taken during the event may be published on various advertising media, such as the FC Tokyo homepage introducing its activities, facility websites, and staff blogs, so please be aware of this in advance.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information related to FC Tokyo and facility events.
・We will responsibly handle the personal information you provide in accordance with the facility's Privacy Policy.
