We will hold a ZUMBA® event "Park de ZUMBA®" at the rooftop futsal court in front of Fuchu Station, FC Tokyo Park Fuchu!
The "Park de ZUMBA," which started in April 2025, has had over 100 participants in its past four events.
ZUMBA® is enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or gender, even for first-timers.
You might be able to dance to the familiar “that song” for FC Tokyo fans and supporters!

□ What is "ZUMBA®"…
ZUMBA® is a fun and effective dance fitness that combines Latin music and dances from around the world. It blends aerobics and strength training, aiming to burn calories and build muscle simultaneously through full-body exercise. No dance experience is required, and everyone can enjoy it in a party-like atmosphere. It's a fun workout that doesn't feel like "exercising." That's the charm of ZUMBA®! It is effective for relieving lack of exercise and stress.

Joined the dance club in high school and acquired the basics over three years, then jumped into the world of theater in their twenties, experiencing various roles.
I encountered ZUMBA at a sports club I joined after giving birth to twins at an older age, and I obtained my instructor qualification in June 2017. Three months later, in September, I started a circle activity with the desire to create a place for exercise for moms who, like me, are lacking in physical activity due to parenting!
A unique fitness instructor who has a belief that 'people live to be healthy and happy' based on experiences overcoming the challenges of giving birth to twins and illness, and offers lessons that resonate with everyone from beginners to seasoned dancers. Also a YouTuber.

・Drinking water (only water is allowed inside the court.)
*Both men and women have changing rooms and lockers available, but the number is limited. Please come dressed in clothing that allows you to move easily whenever possible.

④ Select and apply for 【Park de ZUMBA】 on the target date

After completing the registration, please switch to the [Child Account] and proceed with the event application process.

□ About the Waiting List for Cancellations
This event does not accept waiting list registrations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please apply when there is availability.
□Regarding Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu by phone or email. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below depending on the timing of the cancellation.
*Phone calls made after the facility's business hours until the start of the next business day will be treated as inquiries for the next business day. (Business hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
【Cancellation Policy】
- Cancellation fees are free up to 24 hours before the event starts.
After that, the participation fee will be '100%'. In case of cancellation, please contact the facility.
□Regarding the Decision to Hold or Cancel Events
If an event is canceled, we will notify you on the facility's homepage at least one hour in advance.

If the facility determines that it is difficult to hold the event due to rain or severe weather. If the minimum number of participants required to hold the event is not met.
□ About Facility Usage
・We do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuables and luggage at our facility, so please understand.
・Bringing alcohol and drinking are prohibited.
You cannot enter the court with shoes that have spikes or heels.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
□Others
- We do not provide insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during event participation.
・Please pay the fee at the front desk before participating in the event on the day.
・Online reservations are accepted up to one hour before the event start time.
Photos and videos taken during the event may be published on various advertising media, such as the FC Tokyo homepage introducing its activities, facility websites, and staff blogs, so please be aware of this in advance.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information related to FC Tokyo and facility events.
