"Co-creating a Sustainable Future for Tokyo with Fans and Supporters ~ Participation in Sport Positive Leagues × Impact Evaluation to Implement Sustainability in Society" Implementation Report

Notice from the club

On Sunday, February 22, 2026, the "Generator Meeting (Sec. 24)" was held.
The 24th Generator Meeting was planned with the aim of implementing sustainability not just as "awareness" but in a way that connects to the community and daily actions, based on FC Tokyo's social statement "Goals that connect to the future of our lives."
In addition to sharing progress on the club's sustainability strategy, participants engaged in group work focused on discussing concrete actions that can be undertaken through collaboration between the club, companies, the community, and fans, while referencing external frameworks and leading examples from Japan and abroad. On the day, about 40 people, mainly fans and supporters, participated under the facilitation of FC Tokyo Community Generator Naohiro ISHIKAWA. Rather than being a one-way communication from the club, it was an opportunity to personalize the issues through dialogue and co-creation, leading to the next steps in action.
