Implementation Details

(1) Departmental Player Voting Campaign

During the campaign period, customers who visit the eligible FC Tokyo support Docomo shops, participate in the player voting campaign by category, and complete the survey will receive an original rubber band as a gift.
Additionally, we will present a colored paper autographed by the customer's desired player through a lottery.
The voting categories are Refreshing MAX / Charming MAX / Kindness MAX / Passionate MAX / Mood Maker MAX, totaling five.
Based on votes from everyone, the players selected in each category will have the voting results shared with them later, and reaction videos will be published on FC Tokyo's official X account!

[Participation Requirements]
If the following conditions can be confirmed at the store, you will meet the participation requirements for this campaign.
・Participate in the category-specific player voting via the dedicated voting form (QR code) at the store, and ensure that the store staff can confirm the voting completion screen.
・You have answered the dedicated questionnaire at the store.
・Set the "FC Tokyo Design" using the d Payment app's customization feature.

*If you set the "FC Tokyo Design" using the d Payment app's customization feature and shop with d Payment, Docomo will contribute an amount equivalent to 5% of the d points earned through your usage as a support fund to FC Tokyo, backing the club. (There is no cost to the customer.)

[Participation Requirements]
Customers who meet all of the following conditions will be eligible for the lottery.
・At the eligible stores, you must either newly subscribe to or change your contract to "Docomo MAX" or "Docomo Voikatsu MAX", or already have a contract for "Docomo MAX" or "Docomo Voikatsu MAX" at the time of participating in this campaign.
・Confirmation of willingness to participate in the lottery at the store.
