Important Notes (Common)

1. About Your Visit

• ①There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only considered a nuisance and may result in reporting, but it may also lead to the cancellation of future public practices, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
  • Even when using nearby commercial facilities, please be aware that if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may be subject to reporting and other actions.
• ② When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and park closely in the designated bicycle parking area.
• ③ Waiting in large groups in front of nearby stores or raising loud voices on surrounding roads is prohibited as it causes inconvenience to local residents.

2. About the Facilities

• ① The number of chairs at the viewing area is limited. You may bring your own folding chair, but please be considerate of others if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading vinyl sheets or other mats. Also, please take good care of your valuables and belongings.
• ② Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
• ③ Displaying banners or similar items without prior permission from the club is prohibited.
• ④ Pets are not allowed. Please note that bringing pets into the facility area, even if they are in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
• ⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Also, there is no sheltered rest area, so please prepare in advance for heat, sun exposure, and cold weather.
• ⑥ If you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition, please refrain from visiting. Those who clearly show symptoms of poor health may be asked to leave the facility.
• ⑦ Practice observation and interaction area will be closed approximately 90 minutes after the end of the full practice. Even if players or staff remain, security personnel and staff will ask you to leave, so we appreciate your cooperation for a smooth exit.

3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period

• ① In cases where severe weather is expected based on prior forecasts, during the summer heat index criteria (such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts), or when the spread of infectious diseases is anticipated, the practice sessions open to the public may be canceled to ensure the safety of visitors and players/staff. Please understand this in advance. If a cancellation decision is made by the day before, it will be announced on the top team's schedule page. When considering attending, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
• ② On the day, in case of sudden bad weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, staff may announce the cancellation of observation or interaction after training even during the training session. Safety will be our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in exiting smoothly.
  • Practice schedules are subject to sudden changes. Please understand in advance.

About Practice Observation

On days when "Open Practice" is listed in the Training Schedule on the official FC Tokyo website, anyone can come and watch the practice sessions.

[Notes on Observing Practice]

• ① Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe in the designated area.
• ②Please refrain from taking videos or photos during training. Regardless of the equipment such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or the purpose such as personal viewing as a memento, all photography is strictly prohibited. Also, taking notes on the training content or participating players, and posting text on SNS or other platforms is prohibited. This is to prevent providing information to opposing clubs, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
• ④There may be instances where a ball comes flying into the viewing area, so please be cautious. Additionally, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.

Regarding Interaction (Photos & Autographs)

On the official FC Tokyo website, on days when Training Schedule lists "Open Practice," anyone can interact with the players (photo sessions and autographs). Also, on days listed as "Closed Practice" with a note stating "Gate opens after practice," the training is closed to the public, but the gate will open after the full training session for interactions.

• Depending on the player, they may not be able to participate due to condition adjustments or scheduling conflicts. Therefore, not all players will pass through the 'Interaction' zone, so please understand this in advance.
• Please refrain from calling out to or stopping players who do not pass through the 'Interaction' zone.
• If there are many people wishing to interact, please understand that we may suddenly limit the interaction to high-fives only.

[Notes on Interaction]

• ① The "interaction" consists of photo (still image) taking and autograph signing, and as a general rule, each person can receive one item per player (either one photo session or one autograph). Please understand in advance that we cannot accommodate requests for personal names or messages other than autographs, or video message recordings. Also, please refrain from video recording.
• To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask fans and supporters to be considerate of those around them and the players' conditions, and to cooperate with each other.
• ③Please refrain from handing over items you brought or infants to players for photography. Also, please avoid requesting poses during photography or entrusting your smartphone or camera to players for taking pictures.
• ④ Photos (still images) taken during the 'Interaction' event may be posted on SNS and other platforms.
• ⑤ You may bring letters or gifts for players, but as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the name of the intended player on the item and place it in the gift box located in the "Interaction" zone (if it is raining and the box is not available, please ask the staff). The staff will deliver the items to each player. Please note that food, beverages, hazardous items, expensive goods, and valuables cannot be accepted (any such items found in the box will be disposed of).
• ⑥ Players' autographs, photos, etc. may not be sold without the club's permission. Please use them only for personal enjoyment on SNS, websites, and similar platforms.

Members Only Access & Interaction

On days marked as 'Members Only' in the Training Schedule on the official FC Tokyo website, only those who have been selected through a prior application lottery from among various members, including FC Tokyo OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP holders, will be allowed to observe the practice and have an interaction (either a photo or an autograph, one item only).

• The eligible membership types vary depending on the schedule. Details on eligibility and application methods will be announced separately in the headline news on the official FC Tokyo website.

[Important Notes for Members Only]

• On the day of the event, winners will be verified with their membership card (digital or physical) to enter the viewing area.
• Regarding companions, we will inform you whether it is possible at the time of the implementation notice. Please be sure to check the recruitment guidelines at the time of implementation.

• Other matters will be handled in accordance with the above guidelines for practice observation and interaction (photos and autographs).
