[Recruitment] FC Tokyo "2026 Spring Break 1-day Cup" Event Announcement
Improving "Technical Skills" and
Nurturing the "Heart"
We provide instruction tailored to each individual's level to improve soccer skills. Through soccer, we cultivate a spirit of consideration for teammates and a determination to never give up until the end.
Professional coaches with JFA* certified coaching licenses convey the joy of soccer and teach fundamental skills and tactics tailored to each individual.
*JFA…Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Japan Football Association
We provide careful instruction tailored to each individual's level so that even those without soccer experience can learn with confidence.
We also offer classes for women and those attending special support classes, creating an environment where many can enjoy soccer.
In the top classes for the junior generation, the "Advanced Class" and "Selected Class," FC Tokyo Academy's U-15 Fukagawa and U-15 Musashi, as well as those aiming to become professionals in the FC Tokyo top team in the future, will receive coaching focused on individual development.
We establish coaching policies aligned with the same football philosophy as the top team and academy, providing detailed guidance tailored to each child's personality and skill level. At the school, we set a "topic" as the monthly coaching theme, such as dribbling, passing, or ball-winning, and conduct training based on that topic.
We promote emotional growth using the slogan "Aoaaka Kids' Principles (Greeting, Consideration, Never Give Up, Gratitude)" to empower children to take action on their own.
Futsal is a sport that uses a small, low-bouncing ball, and because it is played using the soles of the feet and the vertical space, it helps improve foot skills easily. Additionally, the cycle of offense and defense is fast, and it develops intelligence that can be utilized in soccer as it simultaneously involves the offense and defense of space, the ball, and the goal.
Students in the futsal school from the 3rd grade and above are also challenging the JFA All Japan U-12 Futsal Championship (commonly known as the Vermont Cup) by registering as a team.
By working towards our goals with the team members for the Vermont Cup, further personal growth can be expected.
*Team Registration... Due to a limit on the number of team registrations, members are selected through a selection process.
*Vermont Cup… An annual futsal national tournament organized by the JFA (Japan Football Association) that attracts many elementary school students from across the country.
Girls' classes for grades 1 to 6, and ladies' classes for middle school and above, allow girls and women of all ages to enjoy learning the basic skills and tactics of soccer.
Aiming to promote health and improve well-being, we engage in continuous exercise by enjoying kicking the ball together with friends who love soccer and futsal.
This is a class aimed at elementary school students attending special support classes, where opportunities for exercise in daily life are limited. We provide children with the chance to experience the joy of kicking a ball and moving their bodies. Our coaching staff, who have experience in coaching sports for people with disabilities, provide careful guidance and support.
