Held "FC Tokyo Winter Cup 2024 supported by Sieg Corporation" for 2 days on December 27th and 28th!

FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School, consisting of 5 teams of 6th graders, and 19 boys' clubs from Tokyo gathered at the Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground to hold a 2-day tournament.

School students who usually practice at the same school venue and students from other venues played various games as members of the same team for these two days.

At first, it was a tense and quiet start, but as we spent more time and matches together, a sense of camaraderie grew and the tension eased, allowing us to demonstrate our daily efforts more and more.

After scoring a goal, there were many scenes where teammates hugged each other and high-fived with smiles, just like the goal scenes of FC Tokyo's top team.

I strongly felt that I want to see the sight of school students scoring a goal on the stage of J-League and embracing each other as teammates on the pitch of Ajinomoto Stadium someday.

Many intense matches were seen between teams that do not have the opportunity to compete against each other on a regular basis, including youth teams and club teams that are active in Tokyo.

Many participants have been participating for 6 years, so there are some who will be participating in this tournament for the last time. I hope they will have good memories of this tournament and continue to shine on the next stage.

We look forward to the day when the opponents in this tournament will one day become teammates and play soccer together!

We, the coaches of FC Tokyo, will continue to support all of the school students and team members who participated in the tournament!
