The annual Vermont activities started with the kickoff online meeting on October 5, 2024, and this year's activities concluded on July 20, 2025.

This Vermont activity is for FC Tokyo futsal school students only (including directly managed and dispatched schools) to participate in official matches hosted by the Japan Football Association wearing the FC Tokyo emblem.
As for activities, training is conducted at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu for 3rd to 5th grade elementary school students, basically every Sunday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and practice matches have also been held at a pace of 1 to 2 times per month.

Before each practice, we hold a meeting to share the objectives for that day's training, and then proceed with the practice.
And in the middle of the week, we shared the corrected footage from that practice to foster team building.
During long holidays, we went on expeditions and interacted with teams participating in national tournaments.
During the spring break, we also held a 2-day, 1-night training camp in Yamanashi Prefecture, where we lived and ate together to try to improve the team's level.
▸School camp report is here: https://www.fctokyo.co.jp/scho...

Ultimately, over approximately 9 months, about 50 sessions were conducted, and the Vermont Cup result was elimination in the Tokyo Best 32.
We have participated in the tournament three times in the past, but each time we have been unable to advance beyond the best 32.
However, it is precisely because of these high barriers that there is both the joy and the challenge of training every day as a team toward a single goal, and each player's growth is significant.

Of course, since this is a team activity, there are times when you can play in the final match and times when you cannot, but within this activity, there are moments where you experience an emotional explosion that you cannot feel in school, and an environment where you compete and improve together with your teammates, gaining things that are hard to come by in everyday life.
Next year's activities will start with a selection meeting scheduled for the end of September, and the new team will begin activities from October (planned)!
If there are any school students who want to wear the FC Tokyo emblem and fight with it, please feel free to take on the challenge.
(* Please note that Vermont activities are limited to FC Tokyo's futsal school.)

We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the players and parents who participated this time, Fresh Del Monte Japan Co.,Ltd. for their cooperation and support, and the teams we competed against.
Thank you very much!
