On Saturday, September 20, in conjunction with the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 30 Kawasaki Frontale vs FC Tokyo at the Tamagawa Clasico, we held an "Adult Women's Futsal Exchange Match" at Frontown Saginuma!

We had a total of 19 FC Tokyo fans and supporters participate, targeting everyone who regularly attends the adult soccer and futsal classes.
In the preliminary practice held on Saturday, September 13, we focused on the theme "Return to the height of the ball" and worked on training to enhance defensive awareness.
We also practiced attacking patterns from corner kicks and prepared to score goals in the match!

On Saturday, September 20th, during the exchange match day, the games will be conducted with each group divided into three teams.
It was impressive to see players fully committed to scoring goals and defending them, while being mindful of the three elements: "ball contests, transitions, and hard work."

The defensive situations practiced during the preliminary training were frequently seen in the actual exchange matches, demonstrating the effectiveness of the practice.
Furthermore, a goal was also scored from a corner kick, leading to a moment of great cheers!
After the match, we received many happy comments such as "It was fun" and "Serious competition is great!".

After that, a mixed team was formed with participants from FC Tokyo and Kawasaki Frontale, and a match was held that transcended team boundaries.
From the middle, a cheering battle began, and we were able to conclude the event in a friendly atmosphere♪

Even if the team you usually support is different, it was a time to feel new encounters and connections through futsal.
At FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School, we will continue to hold soccer and futsal events for women!
