During the Q&A session for 3rd and 4th-year students, when asked, "What is the difference between the J.League and overseas leagues?", the answer was, "The biggest difference between the J.League and overseas leagues is definitely the physical aspect!" This was a unique response from Nagatomo, who has experience playing in the Japan national team as well as leagues in Italy, Turkey, and France.

From 5th and 6th graders,
when asked, "Among the players you have competed against, who do you think is the most amazing?", they answered, "Kylian Mbappé, the current French national team player, is incredibly fast!"

Also, in response to the question, "What do you watch when defending one-on-one?", he actually demonstrated the defense and advised the school students, "Watch the ball carefully, and at the timing when you are away from the opponent, go to take the ball!"

To the school students, player Nagatomo consistently conveyed, "Practice a lot no matter what!" The students will surely keep these words in their hearts and work hard in their future practice sessions.

Afterwards, Nagatomo carefully signed FC Tokyo goods prepared by the school students, uniforms from his time in Italy, and Japan national team uniforms one by one. The school students, though nervous, looked him in the eye and sincerely expressed their gratitude!

When the school students were about to express their thanks to player Nagatomo, he told them to greet him with a lively voice! The school students then greeted him with a loud voice that had never been heard before.

And finally, the school visit ended with a high-five with player Nagatomo.

At FC Tokyo School, we hope to continue fostering the growth of children through events that can only be held because it is FC Tokyo.
