Wheelchair and Universal Seating Information
Starting from the 2025 season, wheelchair seating and universal seating will be introduced at FC Tokyo home games.
Information about the matches held at Japan National Stadium will be provided on the official homepage.

We will set up and operate the above 5 seat types.

The only seating types where you can watch the game wearing visitor team uniforms or goods are "Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating" and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating."
Other seat types are FC Tokyo supporter seats.

The above four seat types will be sold through the Mirairo Ticket in the digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID".

To purchase with Mirairo Ticket, it is necessary to register a disability certificate in the Mirairo ID. Also, various personal information registered in the Mirairo ID is managed exclusively by Mirairo Inc. Registration of the Mirairo ID takes 3 business days.

The above single seat type will be sold on "J.League Ticket".
* Universal unreserved seats are available for people with physical disabilities, elderly individuals, pregnant women, and others who have difficulty climbing stairs in various situations.

For "Wheelchair Home Main/Back Free Seating," "Wheelchair Home Kitakami Stand Seating," "Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating," and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating," each account can purchase up to 1 ticket for "Persons with Disability Certificates" and up to 3 tickets for "Companions." Since "Persons with Disability Certificates" and "Companions" are different seating categories, please purchase from their respective pages.
The "Universal Free Seating" allows the "representative" to purchase up to 1 ticket per account, and "companions" can purchase up to 3 tickets. Since "representative" and "companions" are different seat categories, please purchase from their respective pages.
* If you wish to purchase "companion" tickets at the same time, please select the "representative" ticket and proceed to the cart screen, then click the "Find other seats" button to select the "companion" tickets.

Wheelchair Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance. Entry is also possible from the Keio (main) gate.
After entering, please speak to the general information desk inside the venue.
Our staff will guide you to your seats.

Pre-registration is required. Please note that those without a reservation will not be able to use the parking lot.

2. After the application deadline, we will contact you at the registered email address of the J.League ID you logged in with at the time of application by two business days before the match date. A notification email will be sent from "unei@fctokyo.co.jp".
* If you have set domain-specific reception, please configure "fctokyo.co.jp".
* Please note that individual inquiries regarding the lottery results cannot be accepted.
* From the 2025 season, a copy of the disability certificate will no longer be required for parking applications, and a Mirairo ID username will be necessary.
About Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "magnetic loop seats" so that those using hearing aids can also enjoy the experience. These seats use the "telecoil" function on hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.
Advance registration is required, and those without a reservation cannot use the service, so please be aware.
