[Report] FC Tokyo Player Association Elementary School Visit

On May 30, 2016 (Monday), the FC Tokyo Players Association conducted a visit to elementary schools. This year marks the 9th visit, where players were divided into 6 groups to participate in classes at 12 elementary schools in Tokyo, interacting with approximately 1,100 children.

□ Kazunori YOSHIMOTO (FC Tokyo Player Association President) Comment
"In conducting this elementary school visit, we proactively decided on the content to discuss and the flow of activities during soccer with the players. Thanks to the support of many people, including school officials and club staff, from the preparation stage, we were able to make it a success. I am truly grateful.
I was very happy to see the children participating very seriously and energetically in the class, and I hope that what they felt while listening to us and playing soccer together will be of some help as they grow in the future.
The players have thought a lot about how to communicate in a way that is easy for children to understand, and by actually meeting the children, they have received energy and power, allowing them to grow as individuals. We hope to continue this activity in the future, so we would appreciate it if the local community and our fans and supporters could watch over FC Tokyo with warm eyes.
