What is a J.League ID?

This is a common membership ID service that can be used for various J.League services. You can use the same ID for J.League-exclusive campaigns, J.League tickets, and other services provided by the J.League.

The QR code will be displayed.

How to Link One-Touch Pass ID

Click the "Membership Card" in the Rich Menu
*The rich menu varies depending on the timing

Click the "One-Touch Pass ID Link" button
On the next screen, click the button to add a One-Touch Pass ID

Enter the email address and password of the J.League ID used when joining SOCIO or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP to log in

Select FC Tokyo from the registered clubs and proceed

Enter your One Touch Pass ID and proceed to STEP 2. On the next screen, enter the date of birth registered with SOCIO or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP and proceed to STEP 3.

Review the content and proceed to STEP 4. On the next screen, review the content and continue.

Registration Complete!

You can display your membership card on LINE!

Open LINE and click on the "Membership Card" in the rich menu. The information you registered yourself will be displayed on the "Membership Card"!

*The membership card can also be used at the booth on match day when exchanging for player cards and for recording attendance!

We will verify your identity based on your registered J.League ID and email address, then send you a link to the password reset page.

Forgot your J.League ID.: Please contact us via the "Forgot your J.League ID" link on the login page. After verifying your identity based on the registered information, we will notify you of your J.League ID to your registered email address.

Can I register multiple J.League IDs by myself?: As a rule, please register only one account per person.

Can I change the email address and address information registered with my J.League ID?: Please log in from the link below to update your information.

Since your email address has changed, you cannot request a password reset from the site (screen). What should you do?: If your email address has changed, you will not be able to receive emails, and resetting will not be available.

* If you use a carrier email address and change to a new pricing plan from each provider, there may be cases where various carrier emails become unusable.

How can I set my favorite club?: When registering for a J.League ID, you can set your favorite club.
We provide content tailored to your favorite club settings across each service.
You can also set the content of emails sent from your favorite clubs.

The URL link included in the email sent from the J.League ID during new member registration cannot be clicked.: In some email applications, the URL links included in the email may not be active.
In that case, please copy the entire URL, open your browser, and paste it directly into the address bar to access the site.

I would like to send an email to my mobile phone. How should I do that?: If you register your mobile phone email address, we will send you an email.
However, tickets cannot be purchased on feature phones, so please use a PC or smartphone.

I linked my J.League ID with LINE a while ago, but I cannot participate in the members-only LINE lottery.: Even if you do not perform the unlinking action yourself, the linkage between your J.League ID and LINE may be automatically disconnected.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check if you can display your membership card from the LINE rich menu. If it does not appear, please reconnect your One-Touch Pass ID again.
