The third day of camp started in warm temperatures. Koki TSUKAGAWA joined the team from last night.
Today, we worked on tactical drills from the morning practice.
In the practice of maintaining possession to avoid losing the ball to the opponent within the grid, flowing to the side to deliver a cross and finishing, we focused on how to approach the cross, the accuracy of the cross itself, and being conscious of not losing the ball during possession.

After practice, each player is supplementing their deficiencies with individual training.
The afternoon practice is a training session in game format.
Coach Albert PUIG ORTONEDA gives detailed instructions while everyone deepens their common understanding.
Newly joined players are actively communicating with each other while having meetings, and they are steadily beginning to adopt Tokyo's style.

Fatigue is starting to build up, but we are well prepared.
It has only just begun, but the competition within the team, such as for positions, has already started.
We will continue to work together as a team starting tomorrow.
On the third day of camp, we will deliver an interview with Seiji KIMURA.

Q: It's the third day of camp, how is your condition?
A, the condition is very good. I think my body is quite well-prepared.
Q: The competition for the center-back position is fierce, isn't it?
Everyone has experience and solid skills, and they are all good players, but I believe that if I can showcase my abilities, there will be opportunities. I think if I play with unwavering focus during practice, chances will come my way, so I want to work hard towards that.
Q: What will you focus on during practice through this camp?
I aim to minimize simple mistakes such as passing errors and trap errors to as close to zero as possible.
Q: I believe that physical ability and strength in one-on-one situations are my strengths.
I have confidence in my physical abilities and I know I can compete, so I want to continue to build my body and adjust my conditioning to always be able to exert my maximum strength.
Q: I think that in terms of feelings, being called up to the national team for different age groups has helped me gain confidence.
In my first and second years as a professional, my mental state has stabilized and I am able to compete better. I want to continue without any ups and downs in my feelings.
Q: Which is greater for player Kimura, enjoyment or anxiety?
A, I am more excited about the future than anxious.
Q: What is the biggest difference in the way you do things since returning to Tokyo midway through last season?
I feel that the approach to valuing the ball has changed. It’s not that they didn’t value it before, but I think there is a much greater awareness now about not losing the ball and being more careful with it.
Q, we have arrived at this camp while understanding the style of football that Coach Albert PUIG ORTONEDA seeks.
During the camp, there will be practice matches, and I believe everyone thinks the same way about wanting to participate for as long as possible. It would be best to secure a starting position during the camp, but even if that doesn't happen, I want to continue to perform well throughout the camp and complete it without injuries.
