Q: Please tell us about the feeling of finishing the match without conceding any goals.
Today, in the match, I partnered with Henrique TREVISAN as a center-back. He was always giving instructions, which made it very easy to play, and there were many moments where I was saved. I also want to become a player who can actively communicate from the back line.
Q: It seemed that there was close communication within the defense.
Since we were up against Sanfrecce Hiroshima, there were many players with high technical skills at their feet, and there was a risk of being attacked towards the goal with a single vertical pass. I believe we were able to communicate and take care of our positioning, especially in terms of our placements.
Q: The defensive line was raised high, and there was also compact defense. How was it in terms of defensive intensity?
In the second half (four 45-minute segments), the defense line dropped overall towards the end. I think it would have been better if we could have pushed up a bit higher. By raising the defense line, we can become more compact, and it creates a situation where the holding midfielders can easily win the ball back. Today, I played a total of 60 minutes, but first, I want to play in a way that maintains a high intensity for the full 90 minutes.
Q. The camp will end tomorrow. Please let us know if you have any insights or challenges you gained during this period.
I think my body is slimmer compared to other players. I want to further enhance my physical strength.

Q, he brought variety to the attack and showed stability in the build-up.
A, we were able to maintain a good sense of distance, and I believe that by involving many players with fluidity, we created chances in both halves. Regarding the build-up, it is the role expected of a holding midfielder, and I want to steadily build on it through matches and practice. I am gradually feeling a sense of progress, so I would like to further improve my accuracy.
Q: What kind of response do you feel, and what differences do you notice compared to Albirex Niigata?
A. As an individual, I feel that the collaboration aspect is gradually improving. Having transferred from Albirex Niigata this season, I feel that Tokyo's soccer style is fast-paced vertically. Coach Peter CKLAMOVSKI also demands speedy play from the players. Looking overseas, I believe that fast vertical soccer is mainstream, so I want to adjust to that.
Q, Is it correct to say that the role of player Takahashi is to maintain balance in the midfield position?
A, I need to get used to the fast-paced soccer in Tokyo, and on the other hand, I also have been seeking that kind of play. I believe that if I can adapt to both calming the ball and quickly transitioning the play vertically, I can grow into a player who can be utilized regardless of tactics, and I want to aim for even greater heights.

Q: How do you feel about the entire camp?
During the camp period, I believe there were many instances where the players challenged themselves to embody the style of football the team aims for in training and practice matches. Of course, there were more times when things didn't go well, but I think the timing to challenge ourselves is now or never. I want us to challenge ourselves without fearing failure to some extent, engage in discussions, and use the next three weeks leading up to the league opening to improve even further from here.
Q: Does the frequency of communication and challenges lead the team in a positive direction?
A, I think it is necessary to discuss more and more how we can improve and increase our chances of winning. During last season's camp, we played with a certain level of acceptance, and I believe there are still plays in the challenge stage this season. Of course, results are important, but challenging ourselves is the most important thing right now. Since there weren't only bad aspects during the camp period, I would like to properly adjust the scenes where we showed good points and the areas that need improvement and correction.
