Introduction of sports facilities

FC Tokyo has been designated as the administrator for the following facilities: "Kami-igusa Sports Center" in Suginami City since April 1, 2009, "Koganei City General Gymnasium" and "Koganei City Kuriyama Park Health Exercise Center" in Koganei City, "Myoshoji Gymnasium" in Suginami City since October 1, 2016, "Eifuku Gymnasium" in Suginami City since September 1, 2018, and "Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground" and "Matsunoki Athletic Ground" in Suginami City since April 1, 2022. They are responsible for managing and operating each facility.
The "designated manager system" is a system that allows for the management of public facilities, which was previously limited to public bodies (and public corporations designated by public bodies), to be permitted by the 2003 amendment to the Local Autonomy Act, including general stock companies and private companies designated by local governments, as well as NPOs.
Since its establishment, FC Tokyo has been contributing to the local community and has carried out various activities. As a result of these efforts, the Kami-igusa Sports Center has been selected as the designated manager for 4 terms, and two facilities in Koganei City have been selected for 3 consecutive terms. Additionally, the Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground and Matsunoki Athletic Ground in Suginami City have been newly selected as designated managers. We will continue to work towards the management and operation of these facilities in accordance with the team's basic principles, in cooperation with our partner companies.
