* The membership card will be mailed at a later date, so please be aware of this in advance.

▽ Regarding the U-18 membership benefit goods exchange
Please fill out the necessary information on the voucher sent with your membership card and bring it to the exchange location above.
We will exchange for the desired product.
* To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we do not provide writing instruments for your use. Please make sure to fill it out in advance.
* If a representative brings the exchange ticket, it can be exchanged even if the member themselves does not come to the venue.
