Last year, the players' association visited the disaster area of the Great East Japan Earthquake, Tomioka Town in Fukushima Prefecture.
◇Last year's visit can be found here
We had planned to visit the disaster-stricken areas again this year, but due to the impact of COVID-19, we were unable to make the visit. The players' association also considered "what can be done as much as possible" and worked closely with the local people to prepare for the visit, but unfortunately, it could not be realized.
Although the players' association visit could not be realized, we received a video message of support for the Levain Cup Final Round, which will be held on January 4, 2021, from the teachers and students of Tomioka Elementary School, whom we visited last year.
With the support of the teachers and students of Tomioka Elementary School, we will compete in the Levain Cup final.
