[4/2 Update] Regarding spectator etiquette for the 4/11 (Sun) Kawasaki match

[4/2 Update]
・Investigation on infection prevention at J-League stadiums will be conducted. For more details, please see here.
・In addition, we have made some changes to the spectator manners due to the relaxation of visitors' measures for preventing infection at J-League stadiums.



In the case of a super strict security system and a strict security system during matches, in addition to the J-League common spectator manners and rules, we will also prepare in accordance with the J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines that have been newly established as a measure against the new coronavirus infection.


Regarding this match, we plan to operate the game with a limit of 10,000 people in accordance with the J-League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines during the interim period.
Please note that the number of participants in this match may change due to changes in the applied protocols. Thank you for your understanding.



□Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if:
・You are feeling unwell (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・You have a family member or close acquaintance suspected of being infected
・You have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a post-arrival observation period, or have had close contact with a resident of such country or region within the past 14 days
・You have a history of testing positive for PCR, and:
①If you have symptoms, it has been less than 72 hours since your symptoms improved (or less than 10 days since onset, even if more than 72 hours have passed since your symptoms improved).
②If you are asymptomatic, it has been less than 10 days since your PCR test came back positive.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom or shop during times other than just before the start of the game or during halftime, as it may be crowded.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※We will ask those who are not wearing masks to cooperate and understand. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation from our staff.
※Children under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children).
Children over 2 years old are recommended to wear masks, but if they do, parents and adults around them should wear them with full attention to the child's health.
If the person is feeling unwell or has difficulty wearing a mask for a prolonged period of time, there is no need to force them to wear it. If they choose not to wear a mask, we kindly ask for their cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as maintaining social distance with their guardians.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6) Alcohol will be sold. However, drinking alcohol may cause you to become more excited and more likely to raise your voice, increasing the risk of infection. Therefore, if you are going to drink alcohol, please understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of infection by not raising your voice and not causing inconvenience to other visitors around you.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the end of business at each store.
※Please transfer the contents of the bottle or can to a paper cup.


□ Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□Entry and exit to the stadium
(1)Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and if it is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Please note that even if you are refused entry, there will be no refunds. In addition, we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in a portable bottle or similar container and regularly disinfect your hands from a prevention standpoint against infection.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The opening time will be 120 minutes before kickoff, but it may change depending on the congestion, so please check the official homepage, etc.
※Currently, there is a line at the gate to enter from just after opening. Please come with plenty of time to prevent crowding and spread out for the prevention of coronavirus infection.
※Please note that it may take longer than usual to enter the venue in order to prioritize safety.

(4)Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid crowding. (See the diagram below)

・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Reserved Seat, Main S Reserved Seat
・North Gate 2: Home UF Designated Seat, Home Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Reserved Seat, Back Center Reserved Seat, Back UF Reserved Seat, Back Seat, South Side Seat, Seven Eleven Seat
・South Gate 1: Visitor Seats


(5) We will implement re-entry using the following method.
①Please make sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At gate ②, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket to receive a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once you have confirmed your re-entry card.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 1 gate, Kitakami 1 gate, South 2 gate (see diagram above)
Re-entry time: Opening (scheduled for 12:00)~ until half-time

(6) From the perspective of infection prevention, we plan to restrict exit after the end of the game.
We will inform you of the details of the method for disqualification as soon as it is decided.

□Event and Shop

(1) The event will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information about the events will be provided on the official homepage and other sources.

(2) Greetings by the mascot outside the field and in the concourse are not allowed.
※Mascot appearance details will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and drink sales will be conducted.
※Information on the food and beverage vendors that will be available will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods will be sold.
※The participating stores will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(5) No smoking areas are installed inside the stadium.


□How to Watch
(1) All seats are reserved. During the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to call out to players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).

(2) Wearing visitor team's uniform and goods is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Only cheering for the visitor team (clapping and hand clapping) is allowed in the "visitor seats". All other seat types are for supporting FC Tokyo.

(3) Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting, singing, and gathering closely together.

(4)According to the J-League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, back, left and right", but for the 4/11 (Sun) Kawasaki match, sales will start with one seat on the left and right and one row in front and back. After that, if restrictions are relaxed, we plan to sell additional seats in a checkerboard pattern with one seat on the left and right in the rows that were not previously sold.

The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) is predetermined. Please do not display them in any other location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that even those who have made prior preparations will be subject to temperature checks. If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates open.

・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surroundings.

Q1. Are there shuttle buses available?
A1. It is currently being arranged. Details will be announced on the official homepage when they are decided.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK by setting up multiple food cars at Onigiri Maruhiro Square and Aji Panda Square. Details will be announced on the official homepage.

Q3. Are there any food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A3. We have stadium vendors open for business. Please check the official homepage for the operating stores.

Q4. Is there a merchandise store?
A4. The merchandise store will be open for business, but sales will be reduced in scale compared to normal times.
Please also consider using the official online shop to avoid congestion.

Q5. Is there a gachagacha?
A5. We sell gachapon, but instead of selling them through regular machines, our staff will hand them to you. Also, please refrain from exchanging items or any other activities that may cause close contact.
