[4/2 Update] About Viewing Manners for the Kawasaki Match on 4/11 (Sunday)

・In response to the implementation of infection prevention surveys at J-League stadiums, we have made some changes to the viewing etiquette.
In the case of a strict security system and during matches under strict security measures, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures".
Regarding this match, due to the transitional period based on the J League's guidelines for COVID-19, the match is scheduled to be held with a limit of 10,000 people.
Please note that the number of attendees for this match may change due to applicable protocol changes.

□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances.
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of those areas.
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (if it has been more than 72 hours since symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, if it has been less than 10 days since a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.
(3) Please maintain social distancing. (During entry and exit, in line for the restroom, etc.).
* Please use the restrooms and concession stands at different times if possible, as they tend to be crowded, especially just before the match starts and during halftime.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
*Staff will approach those who are not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Children under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children).
We recommend that children aged 2 and older wear masks, but if they do wear a mask, please ensure that parents and surrounding adults pay close attention to the child's health.
If the individual is feeling unwell or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If a mask is not worn, we kindly ask for your cooperation with other infection prevention measures, such as social distancing, along with the guardians.
(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
* Please bring disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) as much as possible for infection prevention.
(6) Alcohol will be sold. However, please be aware that drinking alcohol may lead to increased loudness and a greater risk of infection. Therefore, those who consume alcoholic beverages are requested to refrain from speaking loudly and to avoid causing inconvenience to other attendees, in order to help prevent the spread of infection.
Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each store.
Please transfer the contents of the bottle and can into a paper cup.
□New Items to Bring When Watching
Please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket when coming to the stadium.

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.
(3) There will be no organization of waiting lines to secure entry order before the venue opens.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
The gate opening time will be 120 minutes before kickoff, but please check the official homepage as it may change depending on the congestion situation.
* Currently, there is a line at the gate for entry right after the opening. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please arrive with plenty of time to disperse the crowd.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.

(5) Re-entry will be conducted by the following methods.
① When exiting the stadium at the gate, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate, and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③ Once your re-entry card has been verified, re-entry is allowed.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, Back Gate 1, Kitakami Gate 1, South Gate 2 (see diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From gate opening (scheduled 12:00) until halftime
(6) From the perspective of infection prevention, regulated exit is planned after the match ends.
The method for regulated exits will be announced as soon as the details are finalized.

(1) The event will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.

(2) Greeting of the mascot outside the venue and in the concourse is not allowed.

(3) Food and beverages will be sold.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.
□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stand to shout at players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).
(2) Watching the game while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the 'Visitor Seats.' Supporting the visiting team (only applause and hand clapping) is also only allowed in the 'Visitor Seats.' All other seating categories will support FC Tokyo.
(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(4)According to the J-League's guidelines for responding to the novel coronavirus, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat in all directions should be maintained." However, for the match against Kawasaki on April 11 (Sunday), we will begin sales with one seat empty on either side and one row empty in front and behind. If restrictions are relaxed afterward, we plan to add sales in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty on either side in the rows that were not previously sold.

□Cheering Style
The following actions are prohibited.
・Inciting cheers
・Cheering with voices such as singing, whistling

For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, displaying banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open is also permitted.

A3. We have stadium vendors operating. Please check the official homepage for the operating stores.
Q4. Is there a merchandise store?
A4. The merchandise shop will be open, but sales will be conducted on a smaller scale than usual.

Q5. Is there a gacha machine?
A5. Gachapon is available for sale, but it will not be sold through the usual vending machines; instead, products will be handed over by staff. Additionally, please refrain from actions that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
