It will be sent in order to eligible customers, so depending on the case, the guidance email may be delivered after the start of acceptance in the evening. Please understand in advance.
*The refund procedure will be available until 23:59 on December 23 (Fri). If the deadline is missed, the right will expire and the refund will be declined, so please be aware in advance.

From November 8 (Tue), an email necessary for the procedure will be sent sequentially from "refundss@pia.co.jp". Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
The URL provided differs for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make a mistake when proceeding.

If you complete the procedures up to step ② on weekdays between 8:50 AM and 2:30 PM, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
If there is an error in the "transfer account" or similar, you will receive an email requesting the re-registration of your account information, so please proceed with the registration of your account information again.

Thank you very much for choosing to decline the refund.
If there were any tax deductions from donations from the Sports Agency established as a special measure for the 2020 season, they will not be applicable from the 2021 season onwards. Therefore, please be aware that there will be no certificates sent to those who declined refunds.
Additionally, those who have chosen to decline a refund will not receive the above "refund-related email," so please be aware of this as well.
