On Saturday, October 25th, before the match against Fagiano Okayama, a 'Walking Football Experience Exchange Meeting' will be held at the Mizuno Futsal Plaza Chofu, located behind the Aji Pen Square (North Square).
People of all ages and genders, regardless of soccer experience, are welcome to join and try it out casually. Whether you are kicking a ball for the first time, have never played walking football before, are an FC Tokyo fan or supporter, or a Fagiano Okayama supporter, everyone is warmly welcomed.
You can maintain exercise volume without strain, so please try it as an alternative to walking.
We look forward to your visit.

□What is Walking Football
Walking Football is "soccer played by walking."
It is said that the origin of football for seniors aged 55 and over, aimed at promoting health, was in England in July 2011.
The Japan Football Association has introduced a unique Japanese rule called "non-contact (not going for the ball)" so that even those with no soccer experience, those who are not good at exercise, or those with disabilities can play without fear.
