□Player Akihiro HAYASHI's Comment
"I have decided to leave the team after this season."
First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the fans and supporters for the past two years.
I have been with FC Tokyo for a long period of 6 years. Especially in the past 2 years, even though I felt like I had no value as a soccer player, I received a lot of encouraging comments and messages from fans and supporters, which really helped me.
I am so grateful that words cannot express it. That is my feeling for the past two years.
At the same time, I have always wanted to show my gratitude to those who have supported me and leave it as a result. I have always wanted to be able to show that I am prepared to come back to the pitch and do my best.
It was a difficult situation to return to the pitch in Tokyo, and there were some parts that I couldn't overcome, but in my mind, the feeling of not being able to contribute to the game is my vitality, and I always have the spirit to overcome adversity, living in this professional world. So, I still believe that spirit is not gone within me, and I want to make a comeback to the memory of playing for FC Tokyo in a new environment and challenge myself.
The only regret is still coming to FC Tokyo and winning the league championship, which was the goal and the ongoing challenge, so it is regrettable to leave this team without achieving it. However, I hope to have another chance in my remaining soccer career and be able to achieve it with gratitude, and I will do my best to do so with any team. See you again. Thank you very much."
