As of December 31, 2022, I will be stepping down as the Director of Football and General Manager of FC Tokyo and leaving the club. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the fans and supporters, all the club sponsors, the players and staff who fought alongside me, and everyone involved with the club who has supported me.
Thank you very much.
The days I spent with wonderful people at this historic and amazing club were a source of pride for me and truly happy times.
After careful consideration and much deliberation leading to this decision, I have decided to move to a new environment. Although I will be leaving the club, I sincerely ask for your continued support and encouragement for FC Tokyo.
