Announcement of 2023 Season 3rd Captain Decision

Announcement: Five new players have been appointed as the 3rd captain of the top team for the 2023 season, at the request of coach Albert PUIG ORTONEDA.

Coach Albert PUIG ORTONEDA and the comments of the 5 players who have newly been appointed as 3rd captain are as follows:

・Albert PUIG ORTONEDA
"I have decided to appoint these five as third captains."
(Yuto) NAGATOMO and (Keigo) HIGASHI, I hope they will take on the role of supporting Morishige and Diego firmly while utilizing their experience and leading the team.
And, we expect (Ryoma) WATANABE, (Shuto) ABE, and (Hotaka) NAKAMURA to be the driving force for Tokyo's future. We have appointed them to take on the role of captain, and we hope they will learn from our veteran captains and take on a more proactive role in leading the team.
These five players will undoubtedly lead the team alongside Morishige and Diego. Please look forward to it."
