This is a notice regarding the delivery date of the SOCIO card and membership card for everyone who applied for the annual ticket and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the 2023 season.

□Regarding the delivery of the annual ticket
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please see below.

▷For those who complete payment by December 22, 2022 (Thu) and for pair seat holders
⇒Annual ticket sets will be shipped sequentially starting from February 9 (Thu)

* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
*If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request redelivery.


▷For those who make payments after December 23, 2022 (Friday)
⇒It will be handed over at the venue of home games after the match against Urawa Reds on February 18 (Saturday).

Please note that it may take some time to receive your order, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
We will provide information regarding the date and location of receipt as soon as it is decided to the relevant individuals separately.

▼ For those applying for Big Frames Premium simultaneously
⇒ The complete set of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership cards will be delivered in a separate “special box.”

▼ For those applying for Big Frames Regular and U-18 simultaneously
⇒ The complete set of membership cards will be included with the annual ticket.
* If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.


<About the "20th Anniversary SOCIO Commemorative Uniform">
Those who make their payment by January 13 (Friday) will receive a separate shipment.
For those who make payments after January 14 (Saturday), we will provide the entire set of annual tickets at the match venue.
