Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had refrained from interacting with fans and supporters at Kodaira Ground, but considering the current situation where the spread of infection is subsiding, we will resume interactions with players on the practice open day.
For the time being, the implementation of the interaction will be limited to 2023 SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members only.
Anyone can observe the practice, but the interaction will be conducted in the 'Interaction Area' designated for members only. On the day of the practice, you will need to present your 2023 SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card at the practice venue to enter the area.

□About Entry to the Interaction Area
Entry to the interaction area will begin about 15 minutes before the end of practice.
At the "Interaction Area Entrance" shown in the diagram, club staff will scan your membership card using a one-touch pass. Please prepare your membership card in advance.
Please enter in order from the back and line up in a single row at the net.

□Rules for Interaction
・Each person may request either one autograph per player or one commemorative photo.
・Please be sure to disinfect when entering the interaction area.
・You may remove your mask during the commemorative photo, but please be sure to wear it when speaking to the players.
To ensure that as many people as possible can interact, please prepare items for autographs and have your cameras ready in advance, and we appreciate your cooperation in accommodating the short time available.
・The pens for signing will be provided by the club.
If the interaction area becomes crowded, we may restrict entry or suddenly cancel the interaction, so please understand in advance.
・Please refrain from giving presents.
・Please be careful not to lean on the net.

□Rules for the Training Facility
Please follow the staff's instructions within the training facility to ensure a smooth observation of practice and interaction.
Please wear a mask at all times on the facility grounds, including during practice observations.
The venue will open 15 minutes before practice starts. Please refrain from waiting before the opening as it may disturb nearby residents and passersby. We appreciate your cooperation.
If you have symptoms such as fever or poor health on the day of the event, please refrain from attending. (Those who clearly show symptoms of poor health may be refused entry.)
・There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
Please note that the number of chairs at the viewing area is limited. You may bring your own portable chair, but if there are many visitors, we ask that you be considerate of those around you. (Please refrain from spreading mats such as vinyl sheets.)
・Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
・The observation area does not have a roof, so please bring your own rain gear.
・There are no indoor resting areas, so please prepare your own measures for heat and sunlight.

□Regarding the Handling of Photos, Videos, and Information
・Photography and videography during practice are prohibited.(Taking photos and posting on social media before and after practice is allowed.)
*If the post is confirmed, we may change future training sessions to private.
* In the future, we plan to hold open practices without limiting the audience. Please check the training schedule and we kindly ask for your attendance. Details regarding open and closed practices will be noted in the remarks section.

・When the top team travels using public transportation for away matches, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting autographs or taking photographs of players and staff. Please be aware that if such actions are observed, staff may approach you regarding this matter.
