[Announcement from Tokyo] Survey on Wellness Improvement Projects for Working Women

FC Tokyo signed a comprehensive partnership agreement called the "Wide Collaboration Agreement" with Tokyo Metropolis, its hometown, in March 2023, cooperating in various fields to further develop the capital, Tokyo, and improve services for its residents.

□Announcement from Tokyo
Conditions unique to women, such as menstruation, PMS (premenstrual syndrome), menopausal symptoms, hormonal imbalances after childbirth, and various complaints, can pose challenges for women to continue working and thriving.
Tokyo will widely collect voices regarding workplace environment issues and create a movement to enhance the awareness of both companies and employees through the dissemination of good practices, improving the wellness (physical and mental health) of working women.
In the "Wellness Improvement Project for Working Women" implemented by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we are conducting a survey for HR personnel of companies in the city and female employees working in Tokyo to raise awareness about the unique health challenges faced by women and the balance with work. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
