Tokyo (11), Kanagawa (12), Saitama (6), Chiba (9), Ibaraki (4), Yamanashi (2), Gunma (3), Tochigi (3), Kanto Youth (U-15) Soccer League (30)
【Competition Method】
1) Knockout format with 80 teams.
2) The rules are based on the "Football Competition Rules 2022/2023" issued by the Japan Football Association.
3) The match time for the 1st round to the final round is 70 minutes (with a 10-minute interval), and if the outcome is not determined within the competition time, the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout.

1) Give the top 15 teams a spot in the 38th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15).
2) Give teams ranked 16th to 23rd a spot in the 10th JCY Intercity Trime Cup EAST.
3) It is not permitted to decline participation in the National Tournament and Inter City Trim Cup EAST while obtaining the right to participate.
