In order to organize the 2024 U-15 Musashi team, we will be conducting selections for current 6th graders based on the following criteria.
□Target
Field players and goalkeepers currently in 6th grade (born between April 2, 2011 and April 1, 2012)
※We will generally require that you can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gakugei University Attached Koganei Junior High School) within 90 minutes from your home.
□Number of recruits
A few people (field players and goalkeepers)

After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details".

※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J-League Ticket Official Website and check if the payment process has been completed from the "Purchase History" button in the upper right menu.
④ Purchase "Selection Participation Tickets" at Seven-Eleven stores.
※When issuing tickets, please inform the store register of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and issue the ticket.
Please inform the staff that you would like to make an "internet purchase" to proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and a settlement fee will be charged depending on the payment method.
※Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after payment for the purpose of preventing fraudulent use.
※If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours due to a deadline, please select "Payment at Seven-Eleven".
◇If you have forgotten your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)",
Please log in to the J.League ticket official website and check from the "Purchase History" button on the top right.
⑤ Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from the following and be sure to obtain the signature and acceptance stamp from the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Currently, no signature or consent stamp from the representative is required for those who are not affiliated with the team.
※Please download the PDF at the bottom of this page for the examination consent form.
⑥ "Exam Acceptance Form" and paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven, and send it to the following address.

□Confirmation of acceptance
For those who have completed both the "Registration of Application Form" and "Sending of Exam Acceptance Form (with Participation Ticket attached)" by the end of the application period (deadline: June 30 (Fri)), we will send the exam information to the email address registered with the J-League ID by July 7 (Fri).
