We will hold a soccer class for elementary school students at the "Musashino-En Comprehensive Sports Plaza Sub Arena" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium in November.

□Theme
・November 6 (Monday), 20 (Monday) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "demonstrating individual skills in both offense and defense, habitual quick transitions, and continuity of play" as the foundation for their newly aimed attacking style of football. Training and matches will be conducted in situations with teammates and opponents to enhance skills that can be utilized in actual games. Except for warm-ups, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format. Please take this opportunity to challenge yourself with match training with different members than usual.
・November 13 (Monday) "Coordination Training"
This program aims to improve coordination skills, which are the foundation of various exercises. *It focuses on training methods that emphasize the nervous system, with the goal of "creating a body that moves easily" and "being able to move your body as you wish." In the second half, training will be conducted in a soccer match format. To acquire specialized soccer skills, improving the foundational coordination abilities is also essential. Please take this opportunity to challenge yourself.
・November 27 (Monday) "Dribbling Training"
We will conduct basic training to control the ball as desired, as well as feint training to break through opponents, with tips provided by the coach at that time. Additionally, we will not only focus on the technical training mentioned above but also conduct training and matches in situations with teammates and opponents to enhance those skills for actual games.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, he played for four clubs as a professional soccer player. Since 2016, he has been with FC Tokyo. With 10 years of coaching experience, he has a wealth of experience, including coaching abroad.
Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
The payment method for the participation fee will be provided to the winners of each round later.
*If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the school office by 23:59 the day before. After that, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful.

* Items with a black underside, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited.
* If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.

If there are many applications, priority will be given to first-time participants, and a lottery will be conducted. Please be aware of this in advance. The results of the lottery will be communicated via email by the Monday following each deadline.

□About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the winners by phone.
□Others
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (shoes with black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Participation is not allowed without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat with non-marking soles) are preferred.
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not overexert yourself.
・Balls will be provided here (futsal balls will be used indoors).
・Changing rooms are available.
・The portrait rights of photos and videos taken at this event belong to FC Tokyo and may be used in various materials and activity introductions, so please be aware of this in advance. Also, the event footage may be published on FC Tokyo’s activity introduction website, Musashino-En Sports Plaza website, and other advertising media, so please be aware of this in advance.
