Theme
・November 6th (Mon), 20th (Mon) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "individual skill development in attack and defense, habituation of quick switching, and continuity of play," which are the foundations of their new attacking football style. They will conduct training and matches with teammates and opponents in order to improve their skills to be used in actual matches. Except for the warm-up, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format. We encourage you to take on the challenge of playing in a different team than usual.
・November 13th (Mon) "Coordination Training"
This is a training aimed at improving coordination skills, which are the basis of various movements. *The training method focuses on the nervous system and aims to "create a body that is easy to move" and "be able to move one's body as desired". In the second half, we will conduct training in the form of a soccer match. In order to acquire specialized soccer skills, it is also essential to improve coordination skills, which are the foundation. Please take this opportunity to challenge yourself.
・November 27th (Monday) "Dribble Training"
We will practice basic training to control the ball as desired and feint training to break through the opponent, and the coach will also teach you the key points at that time. In addition to the technical training mentioned above, we also conduct training and matches in situations where you have teammates and opponents in order to improve your skills that can be used in actual games.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, I played for four different clubs as a professional soccer player. Since 2016, I have been with FC Tokyo. With 10 years of coaching experience, I have also coached overseas and have a wealth of experience.

2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment methods for participation fees will be informed to each selected person at a later date.
※If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the school office by 23:59 the day before. After that, a cancellation fee of 2,200 yen will be charged, so please be careful.

※Indoor futsal shoes (preferably flat ones with non-marking soles) are recommended if possible.

For those who were not selected in the lottery and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.
□Other
・Please bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat non-marking soles) are preferred.
・Please bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・We will provide the ball (we will use a futsal ball as it is indoors).
・There is a changing room available.
・The portrait rights for this event (photos and videos) belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used for various promotional materials and activities. Please understand in advance. Also, please understand in advance that the event may be featured on FC Tokyo's website, Musashino Forest Sports Plaza's website, and other advertising media to promote FC Tokyo's activities.
