・Adult Soccer Class
Dec 9 (Mon) 20:10～21:40
This is a soccer class using a size 5 soccer ball and youth-sized goals, led by coaches from the FC Tokyo Promotion Department.

December 14 (Saturday) 12:40–13:40
This is an event where parents and children cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Even parents who do not usually exercise can enjoy it at their own pace, so please feel free to participate.

・Individual Soccer (Welcome)
December 15 (Sunday) 20:10～21:40
After the futsal tournament, we will hold individual futsal sessions! Beginners, those who have just started, and women are all welcome. Experienced players who can enjoy the game with beginners are also invited to participate.
We also welcome participation as a team.

In addition, it is held every Tuesday from 20:10 to 21:40.
Additionally, we will hold a special event during the year-end and New Year holidays featuring staff participation in individual futsal matches.
