ZUMBA® is a fun and effective dance fitness that combines Latin music and music from around the world with dance. It combines aerobics and strength training, aiming to burn calories and build muscle simultaneously through full-body exercise. No dance experience is necessary, and everyone can enjoy it in a party-like atmosphere. It’s a fun exercise that doesn’t feel like you’re "exercising." That’s the charm of ZUMBA®! Joined the dance club in high school and acquired the basics over three years, then jumped into the world of theater in their twenties, experiencing various roles.
After joining a sports club prompted by giving birth to twins at an advanced maternal age, I encountered ZUMBA® and obtained an instructor qualification in June 2017. Three months later, in September, I started a circle activity with the desire to create a place for moms who, like me, are lacking exercise due to childcare to work out!
A unique fitness instructor who has a belief that 'people live to be healthy and happy' based on experiences overcoming the challenges of giving birth to twins and illness, and offers lessons that resonate with everyone from beginners to seasoned dancers. Also a YouTuber.

・Drinking water (only water is allowed to be brought onto the court. Vending machines available)
*Both men and women have changing rooms and lockers, but the number is limited. Please come dressed in clothing that allows you to move freely as much as possible.
