□November 3 (Sunday, Holiday) HEROs PLEDGE Special Booth
As part of the HEROs PLEDGE collective action for Fall 2024, we worked on reducing single-use plastics across the sports industry. A special booth for "HEROs PLEDGE" was set up, and we distributed bagasse files that included information on environmental issues and waste separation methods for awareness.

As part of the "NO PLANET, NO TOKYO" initiative, the "HIGH HOPE" program was conducted at the Tama Juvenile Institution.
We implemented a program aimed at helping boys find purpose, live autonomously, and become individuals who contribute to society.

TOKYO SOCIAL COLLABORATION held the "9th Generator Meeting" with a total of 40 participants. This time, we continued from last month by incorporating team building activities and sharing workshops to enhance the quality of relationships.

Ishikawa CG participated in the stage event "People Supporting Recidivism Prevention" at the 64th National Correction Exhibition. We exchanged opinions on recidivism prevention with professional wrestler Suwama, who serves as a probation officer, and shared the club's initiatives.

【November Comment】
This month, I met and engaged in dialogue with various people who are active in different places with their thoughts, and I felt the passion on site.
How much we can share and spread the purpose and passion of continuing activities with such wonderful thoughts, both as myself and as TOKYO SOCIAL COLLABORATION and the club, and how we can positively influence each other.
As I have always conveyed, can it become a source of solace for the FC Tokyo family and bring color to our daily lives?
The happiness of the FC Tokyo family is the happiness of both myself and the club, and the happiness of myself and the club will become the happiness of the FC Tokyo family. From next month onwards, I want to grow and mature together with all of you while striving for excellence!!
