��SOCIO (Annual Ticket) Pre-Delivery and Venue Pickup
[Advance Shipping]
For those who have automatic renewal, those who have paid by January 5, 2025 (Sunday), and those who have pair seats will be eligible for advance shipping.
The shipping method varies depending on the availability of the SOCIO card and the special benefit pin badge, so please check the details below.
<Shipping Type 1 / Home Delivery>

Those who fall under any of the following
・Those who have been issued a SOCIO card
・Those who are eligible for receiving a special pin badge (new members, 10-year members, and 20-year members only)
・For those who have applied for both SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP at the same time
※If you have applied for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP separately, they will be sent separately
・For those who have selected the "Parking Available" pair seat
[Shipping Date]
From Friday, February 7, 2025, we will gradually ship SOCIO cards and various benefits.
*Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped out gradually.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip and arrange for redelivery.
[About simultaneous application for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP]
- The membership card set for those who apply for Big Frame Premium at the same time will be delivered in a "special box" separately from SOCIO.
- The membership card set for those who apply for Big Frame S, Regular, and U-18 at the same time will be sent together with SOCIO.
*If you have separately applied for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP, they will be sent separately.

From Feb 10, 2025 (Mon), we will sequentially mail the information set for 2025 SOCIO.
*It will be delivered to your registered address's mailbox, etc.
[Venue Pickup]
For those who make a deposit after January 6, 2025 (Mon), the tickets will be handed out at the home game venue after the FC Machida Zelvia match on February 22 (Sat).
Please note that it may take some time to receive your tickets at the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.
We will inform you again on the official homepage and other places as soon as the date and location are decided.

□About Delivery of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP
The delivery is scheduled to be sent on the following dates, so thank you for your cooperation.
※Even for those with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status. For Big Frames, Regular, and U-18, delivery will be done by mail, so please check your post box at the registered address.
Also, the serial key for the 2025 special ticket can be confirmed from the application/payment completion email or the payment completion email, or from the member-only My Page. For those who have continued with automatic renewal, please check from the member My Page.
Please check the email or member-only My Page that was delivered when the payment procedure was completed when using the 2025 special benefit ticket before delivery.
