□About Entry to the Interaction Area
①Entry to the Interaction Area will begin approximately 10 minutes before the end of practice.
② At the "Interaction Area Entrance," club staff will confirm your winning LINE screen or winning email. Please prepare your winning screen or winning email and line up.
1. About Your Visit
① There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only considered a nuisance and may lead to reporting, but it may also result in the cancellation of future public practices, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
* Please note that even if you use nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Grand or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may also be subject to reporting.
② When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and park in the designated bicycle area.
③ It is prohibited to gather in large numbers in front of nearby stores or to raise loud voices on surrounding roads, as it disturbs the local residents.
2. About the Facilities
① The number of chairs at the observation location is limited. You may bring a portable chair, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading out items such as vinyl sheets. Also, please take care to manage your valuables and belongings.
② Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
③ It is prohibited to display banners, etc. without prior permission from the club.
④ Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that bringing them into the facility area, even in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Additionally, there are no covered rest areas, so please prepare for heat, sun exposure, and cold in advance.
⑥ If you have symptoms such as fever or feeling unwell, please refrain from coming. If clear symptoms of illness are observed, you may be asked to leave the facility.
3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period
① In the event that severe weather is anticipated based on prior forecasts, or if the heat index standards during the summer period (such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts) are expected to be affected, or if there are concerns due to the spread of infectious diseases, please be aware that we may cancel the public practice for the safety of visitors, players, and staff. If a decision to cancel is made by the day before, we will notify you on the top team schedule page. When considering your visit, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
② On the day of the event, if there is sudden bad weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, we may announce the cancellation of observation or interaction after training, even during training. Safety is our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth exit.
[Notes on Observing Practice]
① Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe in the designated area.
② Please refrain from filming during training, both video and still images. All filming is prohibited regardless of the equipment used, such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or for personal viewing as a keepsake. Additionally, taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in written form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent the potential sharing of information with other clubs we compete against, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
③ Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
④ Please be careful as balls may fly into the observation area. Also, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.
[Notes on Interaction]
On the day of the event, only the winners and their companions will be allowed entry to Kodaira Ground.
② Only winners will be allowed to enter the interaction area. Accompanying persons who are in elementary school or older will need to wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
③ One accompanying adult for preschool children can enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
④ The "interaction" consists of photo (still image) taking and autograph signing, and as a general rule, each person can receive one item per player (either one photo session or one autograph). Please refrain from taking videos.
⑤ To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask fans to be considerate of those around them and the players' conditions, and to cooperate with each other.
⑥ Please refrain from handing over items brought by customers or infants to players for photography. Also, please avoid requesting poses during photography or handing over smartphones or cameras to players for taking pictures.
Photos taken during the "Interaction" time (still images) can be posted on social media, etc.
⑧ You may bring letters or gifts for players; however, as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the player's name on the item and place it in the gift box located in the "Interaction" zone (if it is raining and the box is not available, please ask the staff). The staff will deliver the items to each player. Please note that food, beverages, hazardous items, expensive goods, and valuables cannot be accepted (any such items found in the box will be discarded).
It is not permitted to sell player signatures, photos, etc. without the club's permission. Please use them within the scope of personal enjoyment, such as on social media or personal websites.
10. In the event of sudden cancellation of practice, or cancellation of interactions due to rain or other reasons, your winning status will be rendered invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that there may be players who do not participate in practice or interactions due to reasons such as condition or recovery training.
During past interaction events, the following actions were observed that violated the above rules, despite many customers adhering to the rules.
Despite the guidance that only one of either a signature or a photo can be requested per player, both a signature and a photo were requested from one player and received.
Despite being informed that only high-fives would be allowed in rainy weather, you had your child stand in front and requested a photo with the players.
Despite being informed that only high-fives would be allowed during rainy weather, I stopped the players to get their signatures.
If such actions are found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and you will be excluded from any fan service-related lotteries thereafter. Additionally, you will be asked to leave at that time on the day of the event, so please understand this in advance. We ask for your cooperation so that all participants can enjoy the event fairly.
[Regarding Photography, Video Recording, and Information Handling]
① While players, coaches, and staff are on the field, all photography is prohibited, regardless of the equipment used, including video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or for personal viewing as a keepsake. Additionally, taking notes on practice content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in text form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent any potential information sharing with other clubs we may compete against, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
② Taking photos and posting on social media during times when there are no players before or after practice is not a problem.
*If the post is confirmed, we may change future training sessions to private.
