For the purpose of ensuring safety and managing players' health during interaction events at Kodaira Ground in the summer period, we will operate the content of interactions according to weather conditions related to heat, such as when a heatstroke warning alert is issued, as described below.

□ Primary Decision the Day Before the Interaction Event
If a special heatstroke alert or heatstroke warning alert is issued for Tokyo by the Ministry of the Environment's 'Heatstroke Prevention Information Site' announced the day before the interaction event, the interaction will be canceled. Also, on practice open days, only the practice open session may be held.

* On the "Heatstroke Prevention Information Site," the presence or absence of a Special Heatstroke Alert is scheduled to be announced at 14:00 the previous day, and the presence or absence of a Heatstroke Warning Alert is scheduled to be announced at 17:00 the previous day.
* On the day, if the WBGT meter at Kodaira Ground reads 'WBGT 31 or above (dangerous)', practice observation will be stopped at that point.

□Secondary Decision on the Day of Interaction
Restrictions will be imposed as follows based on the heat index (WBGT) at the end of practice.

*Judgment will be made using the WBGT measuring device installed at Kodaira Ground.
* Depending on the player's condition adjustment and schedule, they may not be able to respond. Please understand that interaction is not guaranteed, and we ask for your understanding when attending.

・WBGT 25 or higher and less than 28 (Caution)
Practice open to public: Yes
Interaction: High-five only

・WBGT 28 or higher (Severe Warning)
Practice Open to Public: Yes

・WBGT 31 or higher (Danger)
Practice Open to Public: Cancelled
Interaction Event: Cancelled

As stated above, even if the interaction event is canceled, there is a possibility that practice observation will be conducted as scheduled; however, there is little shade inside the facility and limited places to take shelter.

When attending, please be sure to take thorough measures against heat, such as bringing a parasol and water bottle, and prepare for hydration and bad weather. Also, please remember to hydrate frequently during practice observation.
