9/23 (Tue, Holiday) Fukuoka Match 'NO PLANET, NO TOKYO' FC Tokyo Book Drive Announcement

"FC Tokyo Book Drive" is a sustainable reuse and recycling system that collects finished books with the cooperation of fans, supporters, local community members, and partner companies, and connects them to employment support for people with disabilities.

This initiative embodies two pillars of FC Tokyo's social statement: 'A city embraced by warmer support' and 'A city blessed with cleaner air and nature,' approaching both welfare and environmental aspects.

The collected books are inspected, listed, and shipped mainly by people with disabilities, and the sales proceeds are returned to them as wages (rewards). Through careful and accurate work, this support activity allows them to experience the joy of working and a sense of connection with society.

This initiative is also being developed as part of 'NO PLANET, NO TOKYO,' taking a multifaceted approach to various regional and social issues.

Beyond the act of handing over a book, someone's work is born, leading to support for people with disabilities──

FC Tokyo will continue to work together with the local community to promote the creation of a city where kindness circulates.
