At FC Tokyo, we will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Men and Women Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in November 2025.
The venue will be the 'Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium'.
For those who want to try kicking a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy playing futsal, this is a futsal class for complete beginners.

□ Class / Target
・Men's and Women's Super Beginner Class
This is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly asked to refrain from participating.
・Over 50 Class
For men aged 50 and over. Skill level does not matter, but participants enjoy playing futsal together. This is a relaxed and easy-going class, so those who want to play seriously are kindly asked to refrain.
・Women-Only Class
Any woman aged 18 or older can participate. Training and games are conducted separately for the Over-50 class and mixed genders, but the content is the same.
*Only participants who can have a spirit of mutual respect for each other are allowed

Co-ed Super Beginner Class: 16 people
Over 50 Class: 10 people
Women Only Class: 6 people
*In case of many applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants.)

□ Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (Loosen up your body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics = stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
・Training 2 (Apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (Small number of players, such as 5 vs 5)
* This class is for beginners, over 50s & women, so basic practice is the main focus. Also, those kicking a ball for the first time or those who have never exercised before can participate with confidence.
□Coaching Staff
The coaches from the development department will be in charge.
(The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule. Thank you for your understanding.)
*Basically conducted with a two-person system
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance, tax included)
*Payment must be made in advance by credit card. Details will be provided after selection.
≪About Cancellation≫
In case of cancellation, please contact the school office (by phone or email) by 5:00 PM the day before the event.
* Please note that if you miss the deadline, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, in case of no-show without notice, you may be declined in future lottery selections.

□About Waiting List
If you are not selected in the lottery, you will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, we will conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone.
□Notes on Facility Usage
Please have your meals in the lounge on the first floor and the group break room on the second floor.
・Please be careful of heatstroke.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with any shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・There are changing rooms available for your use.
