The Orange Ribbon carries the message of 'Prevention of Abuse,' and the 'Orange Ribbon Campaign' is an activity that calls on each individual to consider what they can do to protect the smiles of children. Child abuse can occur in any household, but with a little awareness and care from everyone, its severity can be prevented.

Tokyo Metropolitan Government, together with the child abuse prevention promotion character 'OSEKKAI-kun,' will further expand efforts for the Orange Ribbon Campaign.
