・Warm-up (including icebreakers) according to the theme
・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)
・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques, Advanced Training)

If you wish to be on the waiting list after being unsuccessful in the lottery, please send an email to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the unsuccessful email, stating your name and your desire to be on the waiting list for the adult futsal class on January 26th at Gaien. Please reply to this email.
If there is a cancellation, we will conduct another lottery here and contact the winners by phone by the day before.
