FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" in March. The venue will be the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This time, it is a soccer class aimed at adult beginners and women. There are also some days that are exclusively for women.

* If there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
* We will do our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled in cases where safety is difficult to ensure, such as during typhoons.
 

□ Course Introduction…【Beginner Class】This is aimed at beginners and women. We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will also communicate!)
・Basic training (We will also have fun challenges with kicks and dribbling!)
・Match (Form teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)
 

≪Coach in Charge≫
◆Motohiro Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General)… He demonstrates his skills as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, conveying the charm of soccer through friendly coaching backed by his extensive experience.
◆Yukihiko SATO…Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He was active as a professional player until last season, and starting this season, he will convey the experiences and joy of soccer he gained during his playing days as a coach. 
 

□Participation Fee…2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)

About Waiting List
If you were not selected in the lottery and wish to be placed on the waiting list, please reply to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the rejection email, including your name and stating that you wish to be on the waiting list for the adult soccer class on ○ month ○ day. If there are any cancellations, we will conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone by the day before.

- Regarding shoes, training shoes are allowed, and spikes are prohibited.
・Changing rooms are available.
