FC Tokyo will hold an "Adult Soccer School at Ajinomoto" in March. The venue will be held in the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class for adult beginners and women. Some days are exclusively for women.
Come and experience the fun of soccer, and let's move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation from the bottom of our hearts.

Target...[Beginner Class] For beginners of soccer who are 18 years old or older (high school students are not eligible) and women.

※We will try our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but there may be cases where it is cancelled due to safety concerns such as typhoons.
Course Introduction...[Beginner Class] This class is for beginners and women. We will proceed in the following manner.
・Warm-up (also includes communication!)
・Basic Training (Have fun challenging yourself with kicks and dribbles!)
・Match (Create teams with a small number of people and compete against each other!)
Coach
◆Motoo Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General) ... As a member of the JFA Kids Project and a JFA Official Instructor, he demonstrates his strength and conveys the appeal of soccer with his friendly coaching using his wealth of experience as a weapon.
◆Yukihiko SATO...Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He has been active as a professional player until last season, and will now pass on the experience and joy of soccer as a coach starting this season.
Participation Fee...1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)

[About waiting for cancellation]
If you were not selected in the lottery and would like to be put on the waiting list, please send an email to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the notification of not being selected. Please include your name and specify that you would like to be put on the waiting list for the adult soccer school on ○ month ○ day. If a cancellation occurs, we will conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone the day before.

・Please use training shoes for shoes and spikes are prohibited.
・Changing rooms are available.
