・Warm-up (including icebreakers) according to the theme
・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)
・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques, Advanced Training)
・Game

If you were not selected in the lottery, and would like to be put on the waiting list for cancellations, please send an email to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the notification of not being selected. If there is a cancellation, we will conduct another lottery here and contact the winners by phone by the day before.
